Bethany is a dancer, choreographer and educator. She has professional and educational experiences from across Canada, Europe, and Japan. She has worked professionally with various dance companies, including SQx Dance Company, Free Flow Dance Theatre Company, Mocean Dance, and HEART Global. Bethany has also worked as a dance teacher and facilitator for vulnerable populations across Canada, Portugal, and Japan. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts specializing in performance and choreography with a double major in environmental studies from York University. The University experience gave her multiple performance opportunities in ensemble as well as solo work, and she was a member of the York Dance Ensemble. Bethany has chosen to further her dance education experience and refine her craft by pursuing Post-Graduate programs in Italy, Denmark, and Sweden. Bethany is passionate about the intersections of dance, accessibility, education and environmental justice.
